    I'd like to ask if you know how to restore my S4 so I can see the apps I down load. It says I have already downloaded my choice like Facebook but for some reason it doesn't show anywhere. The downloads are hiding somewhere or I accidentally deleted something that runs them.. I'v had my phone 2 years and love it.
    Thanks for any help.
