  1. The iPhone may have a slight edge in video, but the Pixel has a distinct advantage in lower light conditions. As for close ups under bright lighting conditions, the differences narrow significantly. I would like a 3rd image in the comparison from a pro-level camera to judge each against. Otherwise, viewer subjectivity will sway opinions one way or another – the iPhone pics were warmer on several of these, but there is no way to tell if the scene was more accurately captured by one phone or the other without an independent benchmark for reference.

  2. Anybody who says there's an OBVIOUS winner is just a fan boy of the phone these are both really great cameras and personally I think it's so close that if camera specs is one of your main reasons for buying a phone you should go for either one (although I have to give props to Google for not making a phone over 1 thousand $$ that can still keep up)

  3. iPhone camera have been the same for years.
If it's a diff it will be these past few years.
Zoom out with a iPhone a yur pic goes to crap.

  4. Even though i preordered the pixel 3 xl, watching this the difference is minimal, both phones have good cameras. It is just a slight difference, like somebody said the iPhone seem to have some warm colors, but the average consumer wont notice unless their informed.

  5. Pixiel has too light of photo looks artificial. Done by software.I have Xs max and might get pixel or note 9 as my second phone. My last phones were 7 plus and note 8.
