I’ve had the 2020 iPhone SE in my possession for about 60 days now and I wanted to provide a followup video to my initial review to let you know how things have been going and if any of my feelings toward this phone have changed in that time. This review includes some camera samples (vs the iPhone 11 Pro) along with a discussion on the size and design, the screen, the processor and what you can actually DO with this budget iPhone.

  1. Defiantly getting this new SE, Am currently on the original SE which has served me well over the years but this will a really nice upgrade for me. I'm holding on until after the release of iphone 12 though because of the likely price drop of around 50 bucks… Which is worth it imo.

  2. “You’re not here for the looks.”
Personally, the looks are one of the primary reasons I’m looking at this phone. In particular, I have dearly missed having the home button. The lack of a home button is a huge reason why I haven’t upgraded from my iPhone 8 (which is a hand-me-down from my mom). I know this sounds odd coming from a 20 year old girl, but I need my tactile button and not having that hurts

  3. bought new, only two month, home button not working, and apple not cover it, told me have to pay for replace the whole front cover, over $200, WTF, I did not broken the phone, hated.

  4. I like that there is a lower cost new iPhone. I'm still using a iPhone 5S, and I have no intention to replace it at all while it's still working. (I replaced the battery myself at one point.) But if I did, I probably would replace it with the SE. Not crazy about the lack of headphone jack, but as long as there was an adapter that still allowed me to power/charge the phone, I could deal with it. I still have a 4S too, and it's unfortunate neither of these models qualify for trade-in credit anymore. Another reason why I don't really have any incentive to upgrade.

  5. I got my 7 year old son iPhone SE2 recently for his birthday. It has been working great for him. He gets to FaceTime with me ( I am gone a lot due to work ) , play his favorite games and I have a great parental control features from Apple . OMG, the parental control and screen time features are amazing 😉! It is a great budget phone !

  6. Everyone knocking the display on this phone your not gonna notice a difference with a 1080 display. At 4.7 inches you wouldn’t notice the difference. The only downfall is the battery

  7. The $400 iPhone SE 2020 can get GOOGLE APPS and google phones cant get apple apps, A 4K camera that shoots at 60 FPS and photos at 12MP alongside oh portrait mode and slow-mo 240 fps, stereo speakers, front-facing flash for photos, overall not the best compared to high end but at $400 photos taken at night but solid, 0 bloatware, 0 Facebook, twitter, amazon, instagram, Tiktok, google installed apps which means out of the box you won't have google and others gathering and selling your data, unlike google maps, Apple maps which is now amazing and the highest rated in terms of privacy and your data, Apple news (free version has NO ADS), A13 Bionic chip which is the faster than ALL android phones even the high end android, most secure mobile OS with IOS13 which will be updated until 2025, FaceTime, iMessage, Sign in with Apple which is a more secure and privacy based version of sign in with Google that doesn't give the websites your iD and info to track you and sell your data or sell you ads. Apple iWork for free so no need to use google docs which gathers data and no need for Microsoft word which cost $7.00 a month, Apple Pay most, Airdrop no need to go around and bumping your phones LOL, good all-day battery life, wireless charging, BEST AR apps, fast charging, good screen at 4.7 inches 625 nits, iOS apps store which has higher quality apps than android. The iOS apps store you are GUARANTEED to get all of the newest apps and games DAY 1 and updates the moment they are released. Wireless Audio with iPhone if you use Apple AirPods Pro will give you spatial audio, 3D surround sound, hands-free auto-connecting to other apple products. AirPods and all beats products you will get an automatic connection and switching between battery widget, Hey Siri, Apple tv, Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod, and apple watch. The iPhone has the best smartwatch. Speaking of Apple Watch this iPhone can connect to all apple watches, fitness trackers, Samsung watches, and for some odd reason, android wear watches. Only the iPhone can connect to Apple watches. Accessories are best on iPhone since iPhone is more profitable. Since this phone shares the same design as iPhone 8 this also means you’ll get the best accessories at the lowest prices. Also, you are going to get the best mobile apps that are optimized for iOS, safari browser which in comparison to chrome browser it doesn't sell your data, touch iD, ability to get subscriptions for Apple Music, Apple card, Apple news+, Apple Arcade, coming in fall iOS 14 has customization and widgets that are elegant and better optimized for iOS unlike android, IP67 water-resistant, True tone display which adapts the display with your surroundings, Bluetooth 5, wifi 6, and a free year of Apple TV+.

  8. ''You don't get this thing for the looks.''
Um, actually dude I've kept my iPhone SE for years and will be upgrading to this – why? Because newer iPhones are hideous and pretentious. The best design was iPhone 5/SE, seems a lot of others are fed up with their newer designs too. So I'm 100% here for the look of the phone.

  9. Why are you still talking about headphone jacks? They've been gone since the iPhone 7. Get over it, please. Just stop mentioning it. You're beating a dead horse
