6.3; 3300; 195; 12. Samsung’s new Galaxy Note 8 is awash in numbers … but there’s only one that really matters: 105. That’s how many dollars more you’ll dole out at the register if you choose the Galaxy Note 8 over its close cousin, the Galaxy S8+. In exchange, you’ll get a larger screen, dual cameras, a few spec bumps … and the most misunderstood accessory in smartphones. Many folks are asking if adding a stylus is worth all that extra dough – and I’m here to help answer that question. I’m MrMobile and this is the Galaxy Note 8 review.

MrMobile’s Galaxy Note 8 Review was produced after ten days with a US Galaxy Note 8 review device on loan from Samsung. The device received multiple software updates to Bixby during the review period. It was tested on T-Mobile US in Greater Boston and Project Fi in Boston and Berlin, Germany.

  1. I get fps drops for like a frame on my note. Is that normal. Sometimes on the os sometimes when unlocking it and once clearing tabs. This normal?

  2. A quick question as an android lover which phone would you suggest. Pixel 2 xl or note 8? A reply would be appreciated as I am in urgent to buy one. Thanks.

  3. Great review. Theres work being done on the bixby button. If only samsung would quit fighting the mod community or atleast do their jobs and give us what we want. A PROGRAMMABLE BUTTON.

  4. Samsung should make the bottom of the screen pressure sensitive. I like that pressure sensitive home button, but there is no pressure sensitivity on the back and recent app button. Else I would have hide that navigation bar all the time and enjoy the nice 18:9 screen
